I'm sure you've heard of putting items in time-out when a child has trouble sharing or cleaning up, right? Maggie's time-out items are a little different. The 3 of us were playing Zingo last night and Maggie was being an extremely poor sport. She does NOT like to lose. Her attitude stunk, frankly, so we wrapped up the game quickly and told Maggie it was time for bed. Wailing ensued and I told her that her beloved skirts would be in time-out for 2 days. She was very sad to send her skirts up to the top shelf in the closet but I am certain that they (and she) will be ready for them to come back down to her dresser drawer!
