David and I have been on a home improvement/decorating kick since I got home from the beach and have painted the entire downstairs with the exception of the half bath. In order to paint the walls in the living room, I had to unload our giant barrister's bookcase and pull it away from the wall. Maggie discovered a book in the stacks entitled "The Barbarian Invasions of Europe" and wanted to know if I read it when I was a little girl. Um, NO. She was quite interested in it, though, which pleased David.
