We visited Busch Gardens today. I had never been before and we really had a good time. There were lots of animals to look at and bunches of fun rides. I braved
Kumba and since I was a single rider, I got on almost immediately. I basically screamed at the top of my lungs for the entire ride but it was so much fun. We visited Sesame Place so Maggie would have some rides that were her size. She went on her first roller coaster and was not entirely pleased.
She held her hands up in the air with me on the way up the "hill," but I felt a little hand gripping my arm on the way down. I was so proud of how brave she was though. I NEVER would have ridden that as a 4 year old. It was very warm but not unbearably hot and it began to rain partway through the afternoon. The rain came down harder and harder and I felt more and more like we were in China with the heat and the tropical setting. We bought a surprise for Emma, who didn't get to come because she had strep, and sloshed our way through the puddles to our car. It was a super day.
