I mentioned in a previous post that I put a bunch of Maggie's baby stuff and old clothes in a consignment sale that went on this weekend. All of the baby stuff is gone, with the exception of the pack and play! I was not looking forward to dragging the crib back home. I put it together at the church because the women there said it would sell better if it was put together. I did not have any tools so I had to put all the screws in using my fingers. I also couldn't quite remember how to put it together either so I ended up with about 50 extra screws at the end. Then I noticed that there were instructions on how to put it together on the bottom of the crib.
Because I was a consignor, I got to shop the preview sale before they opened it to the public. Kimberly was a consignor too so we went shopping together. It was so much fun! I get such a rush from finding a good deal. Kimberly was well-prepared and had a bag, a laundry basket and a belt. We stuffed that laundry basket FULL and dragged it all over the gym. I got Maggie a bunch of clothes and a VERY awesome (tacky) Little Mermaid nightlight for $3. I have already started my bin for the spring sale.
Maggie's closet is now ready for fall. I just wish the weather would get the message.
