The three of us hit the playground for some fun and a picnic lunch with Kimberly, AK and TT yesterday! It was so much fun. It was nice to get to spend some time with Ting Ting where she was much more relaxed and not overwhelmed by a million loud, English speaking people. She is really a very sweet girl and she was so kind to Maggie. She shared her chestnuts and seaweed and onion crackers (sounds gross, but sort of Chicken in a Biscuit tasting, we decided). We shared our Cheetos and our Little Debbies (yes, I am responsible for introducing TT to the Easter Basket cake and I am proud of it! Next on my agenda: bologna!) I think I got some great pictures so here you go!
Ready to play!
Guess our money for gymnastics has been well spent.
Sweet Ting Ting, who is very patient with little girls
You can really see here that TT is ALL legs! She is the lankiest thing!
Maggie's first comment after we met her was, "Ting Ting is BIG!"
I think she forgot that she was 10 and not a little kid.
AK wanted to swing and swing and swing!
Picnic lunch and I conveniently cropped Kimberly and me out of the picnic...not such an attractive shot
Gazing off into the distance...or at the geese that were being fed Honey-Comb cereal by another woman
Let's go play some more!
Big, middle, little
Sweet girls
We had such a good time!
Just love the one of the girls looking out at the water! What beautiful weather, too!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great time with your beautiful girls!
ReplyDeleteHey Allison! You know, I looked at your blog this morning and I seriously thought some of that playground equipment looked familiar! That's crazy we were at the same park on Saturday! You should have come and said hi. I'd have known who you were! I think Maggie is the cutest thing ever!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful girls!!! Looks like such fun!
