BOO!

Oh, we had a fun Halloween this year.

We waited WAY too late to get a pumpkin so there were no big ones left at the store
(and the ones at the pumpkin patch apparently grew with price stickers on them), so Maggie
was content with drawing a face on her small pumpkin.

Here is Maggie holding the book that was the inspiration for her costume:  "Ladybug Girl"!
Everyone should get this book.  It is such a sweet story and Ladybug Girl is just the cutest thing.

Anna Kathryn was Spider-girl and demonstrated her web slinging ways for me.  She shot MANY a web at the scary costumed trick or treaters walking around the neighborhood.  TT was undeterred by creepy statues and other such nonsense.  She was on a mission to get candy and nothing was going to get in her way.  Maggie pushed her to the front several times so she could hide behind TT.

Maggie and AK seem to have turned a corner in their friendship, thank goodness.

The whole crew:  Sammy, AK, TT, Amanda holding baby Virginia and our ladybug girl, Maggie

The cutest little candy corn EVER! (who took a nap as we walked around the 'hood).

Checking out the haul.
We had such a good time!
