Upon arriving home, Maggie immediately went upstairs, got on her Steelers uniform and cheered like mad as she watched herself in the fire place glass.
I feel almost certain that cheering is in Maggie's future. She LOVES it. She's cute enough to be a cheerleader, that's for sure. As a kid, I think I always knew deep down that I was not cute enough to be a cheerleader. You just have to have a certain look, I think, and I most certainly did not have it.My team at school has car duty this week, which means that we have to go outside every afternoon and direct traffic and coax the minivans to drive all the way down so more kids can get picked up in a timely manner. I decided that the gold pom poms would be good for directing traffic and they WERE. I didn't want to bring them home.
You'll be happy to know that I always drive down to the end of the carpool line! Mostly because that's where the Kindies are waiting. ;-) And totally understand about the cheerleading. I was in marching band instead. Nuf said. ;-)
