Today was the day we took the seventh grade to Carowinds. It was actually really fun. I had a good little group of girls (who I totally would have been friends with if I was a 7th grader, btw) and it was hot but not oppressive and nasty. I did not take my camera but here are some pics I found on the internet of the park.

I might have been convinced to ride the first one, but NO WAY on the second one...I rode "The Voyage" at Holiday World a few years ago...shook for two hours, and I've ridden lots of coasters. Lots of G-force, over 20 seconds of "hang time" and about as crazy tall as that one in the picture. No, thank you. Ever. Again.
