On Saturday, we headed out to Lowe's to get some new plants and flowers for our yard.  Maggie was a great help pulling the cart.  I tried to talk David into some tacky yard art but he wouldn't budge.

When we got home, I mowed the yard and David did the planting.  I much prefer it that way.  

I do miss our giant backyard at our old house.  I loved to mow at that house!

This is not a very good picture but we had a GIANT thunderstorm last night and we got some hail!  At one point, I freaked out a little bit because I thought I could hear the tell-tale train sound of a tornado bearing down on us.  Then I realized that it was the Keurig heating up.  Thank goodness.
